Kingsport Ballet’s The Nutcracker auditions are open to KB dancers in Ballet I and higher, as well as dancers not enrolled at KB, ages 8+. Below is the audition schedule and other important information – please download the Audition Information Sheet for more detailed info!

Saturday, September 13th

11-11:30 | BI and BII (non-KB dancers ages 8-10)

11:45-12:15 | BIIIA-D (non-KB dancers ages 10-13, not on pointe)
BIIID stay for BIV audition

12:30-1:00 | BIV + BIIID (non-KB dancers ages 12+, min. 1 year on pointe). Adult Ballet dancers welcome to audition during this slot

1:15-2:15 | Advanced BV-VI (non-KB dancers ages 14+, min. 3 years on pointe)

A performance contract must be completed and turned in on the day of auditions, September 13th. KB parents are encouraged to volunteer for various jobs to support Kingsport Ballet during Nutcracker Season! Please visit the link to see volunteer opportunities.
