Outreach Support

Our Vision

To be recognized as a leading provider of classical ballet instruction and presenter of professional quality productions in East Tennessee and the Southeastern United States

Our Mission

Kingsport Ballet is a non-profit organization whose mission is to promote and foster professional quality dance through education, performance, outreach, advocacy and partnerships.

Who We Serve

Kingsport Ballet is located in East Tennessee and serves families and students within the region. Our students come from all economic backgrounds and we offer scholarships to those who need it through our DANCECO program. Patrons to our ballet performances come from all over the Southeastern United States. We partner with arts organizations throughout Tennessee.

Our Programs and Services

Kingsport Ballet accomplishes its mission in five ways:

  1. Provides professional instruction in Ballet and other dance and movement classes
  2. Advocates at local, state and federal levels
  3. Partners with City of Kingsport and large regional employers
  4. Professionally stages full-length ballets and other dance performances
  5. Provides year-round outreach education to at-risk youth in our region
