Hand in hand with healthy lifestyles, fitness, dance and injury prevention, knowledge of good nutrition is an important component of community education. We believe in arming our students with a well-rounded mind-set for healthy living – for now, and into the future!
Summer intensives include seminar discussion as well as nutrition education in tandem with our yoga, Pilates and other fitness offerings. Students not only get to try new combinations of healthy concoctions, but they ask for the recipes and become experts at making nutritional snacks at home!

Try this extremely simple, wonderful pancake recipe!
2 eggs beaten
1 mashed banana
Mix well. Spray pan with coconut oil, cook pancakes until lightly browned, turn. Enjoy!!
